Role Overview:
You’ll lead organizational intelligence efforts by monitoring workforce trends, identifying high-risk roles, and developing strategic foresight briefings for clients across sectors (corporate, higher ed, associations, and blue collar). You’ll shape how organizations interpret and prepare for workforce disruption—from role extinction to new talent demands.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market data, talent trends, and job market forecasts to deliver actionable insights.

  • Collaborate on briefings and risk assessments with our leadership team.

  • Guide internal development of trend maps and talent risk heatmaps.

  • Contribute to cohort curriculum strategy and support executive learning events.
     

Ideal Candidate:

  • Deep experience in workforce strategy, labor economics, or organizational development.

  • Familiar with tools like EMSI, Lightcast, BLS data, and LinkedIn Workforce Insights.

  • Passionate about upskilling the workforce and preventing organizational obsolescence.

AI Readiness Architect

Role Overview:
This is a hybrid strategist-technologist role. You’ll assess client capabilities, recommend emerging tools, and translate AI trends into customized recommendations and activation plans. You’ll also help design live training sessions and briefings that make AI actionable for non-technical teams.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct AI capability audits for clients.

  • Curate and test tools across HR, operations, and frontline functions.

  • Build resource toolkits and identify training gaps by function or role.

  • Co-facilitate Future of Work Optimization Labs alongside other team members.
     

Ideal Candidate:

  • Technically fluent in both general AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) and industry-specific platforms.

  • Experience in AI training, implementation consulting, or digital transformation strategy.

  • Can translate technical concepts into plain-language guidance for clients.

Workforce Transformation Liaison

Role Overview:
You're the face of the client relationship—serving as the primary point of contact, keeping project milestones on track, and making sure all deliverables align with client priorities. You’ll manage internal coordination between other specialists and ensure a high-touch, high-trust experience from onboarding through execution.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as relationship lead for 3–5 client accounts.

  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and internal team workflows.

  • Lead regular check-ins, facilitate briefings, and coordinate executive communications.

  • Support internal rollout of the client’s Workforce Strategy Division.
     

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in strategic account management, organizational consulting, or operations leadership.

  • Excellent communicator and systems thinker.

  • Able to operate autonomously, juggle multiple projects, and spot opportunities to deepen client value.
